Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones return as Agents J and K in director Barry Sonnefeld’s third Men in Black outing centring on their continued adventures as they perform the task of monitoring extra-terrestrial activity on planet Earth. Things are even stranger than normal for J (Will Smith) when he finds he cannot locate K (Tommy Lee Jones) only to find out to his bewilderment that his buddy has been dead for 40 years. Uncertain who is behind the time-warp that has created this state of affairs, he travels back to 1969 to save the life of young agent K (Josh Brolin) so that he can get his present-day partner back.
