If you have seen this week’s episode of 3rd degree then you will understand why thousands of young people across the country are so upset about what has been happening at the Damelin College in Brits. According to e-TV’s 3rd degree: Almost a year after completing their courses at a well-known private college, students are battling to get their certificates. They have knocked on several doors demanding answers and every time they come back empty-handed. After spending over R 7000 each on the course – students were at their wits end and turned to 3rd Degree. Two weeks after their intervention the certificates were hastily issued. But once 3rd degree started investigating further – more dodgy transactions surfaced. The certificates the students waited for were unaccredited and now the owner is nowhere to be found. This week 3rd Degree got to the bottom of what exactly is happening at Damelin Brits which is owned by Naledi Katiso (Pty) Ltd. Social networks have been going crazy for the past 12 hours or so about this matter, on Facebook Sean Huni wrote “I believe it wasn’t only Brits Campus exercising improper practices… There have been numerous complaints from various campuses… Now that Damelin is in the spotlight… Possibly, There’s still more bad news to come… I can’t believe the Head Office was just chilled while all this drama was happening” and on twitter @Vuyo_Nova tweeted “Dumb-elin students graduating today, well done on getting you ‘stiff-kates’. #damelin
