Job description
A busy full service marketing department in a well know corporate organisation is looking to appoint an admin and production coordinator to:
• Deliver projects per instruction from the studio manager, brand manager and marketing executive.
• Work in conjunction with client service, studio and brand management teams to deliver and execute the production, administrative and financial aspects (costs) of their tasks.
• Execute and manage all projects in order for them to be delivered accurately and cost effectively within the given deadlines.
• Manage the entire administrative and production process in a busy corporate marketing environment.

A well know company operating in the foodservice industry.
Requirements
Related degree.
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Advertising agency experience an advantage.
• Must have knowledge of print and production procedures.
• Must have knowledge of promotions and event management.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Personal Skills/Attributes
Highly organised and self managed. Must be able to work independently.
• Deadline driven, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong administrative skills and enjoys multi-tasking.
• Works well under pressure.
• Ability to work within established team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions as provided.
