Job description
Assist players who encounter errors or any other problems while registering an account
with any of the online brands.
Convert all potential customers to purchasing customers online via Live Chat and
outbound calling.
Assist all clients with sign up offers and continuous marketing promotions.
Daily reporting on activities and notification of any irregularities.
Work closely with the call centre sales manager and Inbound Call Centre.
Providing feedback to the floor managers team and PCM team leader on comments
made by players with regards to product offering.
Requirements
Must have minimum three years solid outbound/direct sales/cold calling call centre experience.
Have a clear voice and excellent telephone skills (call centre training).
Have experience in a customer support environment (including outbound calls).
Be computer literate with a workable knowledge of e-mail, MS Office and typing abilities.
Work well under pressure and be flexible on overtime.
Show strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work shifts. Our call centre is a 24 hour operations division and our agents work on a rotational shift basis. This includes night shifts and one 12 hour shift.
Own reliable transport is essential.
