The first annual South African hip hop awards took place last night on the 21st of November at the Alexander theatre in Braamfontein and AKA was the man of the night as he scooped four awards out of the eight nominations. “My fans are nuts. I’ve won 4 awards tonight. Crazy stuff tweeted the “jealousy’ rapper, “4 awards later…..NOW I understand why you made such a fuss about me not attending” He said. Proverb said “Congrats to the organizers of the #SAHHA may this be the beginning of many successful award ceremonies. Congrats to all the winners too”, The hip hop awards turned out to be quite a success, the hosts Pule and Bobo did an outstanding job.“Proud to say that the 1st EVER SA Hip Hop Awards were a success.
