Africa’s Rap Prince and Multiple Award Winning artist, AKA, released his much anticipated album, LEVELS, on iTunes Tuesday as a pre-order purchase and it immediately shot to #1 on the iTunes SA Hip Hop Chart. The album also features on the SA iTunes overall chart at #9. AKA’s album iTunes position is unprecedented in the South African Hip Hop industry, and is extremely noteworthy seeing that the album will not be available until the first week of July. “Achieving #1 on iTunes has been a validation of the talent that is AKA.
