Sizwe Mbiza is a Johannesburg born image-maker and fashion scholar and overall design enthusiast who uses the alias Size Mbiza for all his artistic ventures. Sizwe studied fashion commerce and media at a well-known fashion institution in Johannesburg, this is where he sharpened his design and marketing knowledge, together with his skills in photography and filmmaking. In 2017, Sizwe founded his website www.sizembiza.com which he now treats as a portfolio for all his photographic, filmmaking and fashion work. Sizwe’s work has featured on platforms such as Between 10 and 5, OkayAfrca, Bubblegum Club, The Threaded Man, ReFashion Africa, Nataal Media, Elle South Africa and Bokeh International Film Festival. Sizwe’s work is predominantly based around colour theory, the relationship between a space and the subject, design, fashion and achitechture.
