Grolsch Brewery which is known simply as Grolsch recently invited us to an exclusive VIP beach rooftop party in Braamfontein on the 7th of September, Yeah I know It’s crazy right? A beach party in Jozi on top of a building nogals? It all went down or should I say up rather at building number 68 on Juta street. It wasn’t a hectic event really it was just what a expected, a lekka chillaz session with beach chairs, sand and a bar while listening to smooth tunes from Tiago Correia-Paulo (340ml) and NDubble (BerlinBoys) on the decks. Some of the celebs that were there included Lerato Sengadi, Thomas Gumede, Lungsta as well as Scoop Makhathini. Braamfontein has changed a lot this past year, it is now turning into a small artistic “hippie” town which has become a haven for creative’s, it is no longer just a town for Wits students as it used to be, check out the photos of the event below:
