Coming from his debut project The Republic Of Ghamstad, Mr. Heinz in collaboration with YoungstaCPT presents the music video for “Hula Hoop”
“In our younger days we grew up with hula hoops and this single is basically bringing it back but with a twist of some new school movements”, said Mr. Heinz. “The track got inspiration when I mentioned to YoungstaCPT that I want only him on a single but I want it to be special and catchy with a west coast sound. We put our ideas together and came up with ‘Hula Hoop'”, he continued to say.
“The vision behind the visuals of “Hula Hoop” was to do something no one ever did here and should be very entertaining which was our main aim. We survived the pandemic so let’s have some fun”, said the Cape Town artist. “Hula Hoop” was shot by Forbes Visuals who also shot “ KLOP “ featuring Bravo Le Roux & Dee Koala with director of photography and edit by Geoff Hookins. Earlier in the year, Mr. Heinz dropped a 12 track project titled The Republic Of Ghamstad featuring various artists such as Dee Koala, Chad Da Don Early B and more
