Celebs & Their Dads – Father’s Day Edition
Sunday was the day to honour all dads and take time to show love and appreciation for the men who’ve raised us or those who’ve played a role in our lives. As expected, celebs took to their social media platforms to pay homage to their fathers and we were there to capture the warm moments.
Here are some of the stars that came to the Father’s Day social media celebration party:

#ShonaFerguson The way they look at you and up to you, the way they smile at you and with you, the way they laugh at your jokes, the way their eyes sadden when they feel like they have disappointed you! How did you do it ? When the world tried to pick you apart Never broke character never had a difference of heart Never got credit never wanted any A hero without a ego I heard the aren't any My best friend lost his dad at a young age That became a lesson for the both of us at some stage Cause he would always tell me that he had no one he could run to Meanwhile I was just angry that you couldn't buy me some shoe I'm guessing this is what it's come to We judge our fathers by how rich they are Which Is the least important thing on the list , there's love There's self confidence , humility You taught the love of God , the Holy trinity Too much pressure on the male figure You ain't providing then you worthless The world seems to turn a blind eye when we hurt men Some niggas can't express themselves to women so they hurt them It's just a vicious circle , we really need the Bible Thank you for teaching to believe in the word Thank you for teaching to never hit a girl dad Thank you for teaching to take over the world dad Thank you for teaching to cry when I hurt dad Thank you for teaching to take over the world dad Letaima i wrote this song to tell you that I love you I hope you know there's nobody that I would put above you You are God , you my father , you're my brother and my uncle Le Taima I wrote this song to tell you that I love you YOU ARE SUPERMAN!!! The hardest thing Ive been dealing with for almost half my life is not having a father there for me when I needed him the most. My father passed on when I was a teenager and that grieve is something I still hadn't dealt with as an adult. People who were around me while I was trying numb the pain will remember how destructive my life was. No matter how far I tried to run, tragedy would follow me. I couldn't escape my demons. I had lost hope. But I never lost hope in God. Even though I was living in the darkness he managed to love me enough to bring light into my life. My son maik, like so many others, was unplanned. But he was the perfect miracle to show me that Gods plans is way better than my plan. Becoming a father changed my life. Gave me a reason to keep fighting. I know I cannot correct the past but having my child by my side on this journey lets me know that there is always room for better days when you believe in God. It is only by his grace that we are still here. By no means am I a perfect person, sometimes my demons have a way tryna come back into my life but all I have to do is look at my son for proof that God is still with me. Happy Fathers day to all the young dads out there. Your miracles came early. Take care of those kids with your life. BE STRONG. ENJOY THE JOURNEY. STAY SHINING.
How did you pay you love to your dad yesterday? Do let us know.
