This past Wednesday night on 25 September at Parker’s Comedy & Jive, Montecasino Comedy Central Cares raised 150 000 for The Ntshulisa Foundation’s (TNF) “My Future First” project which provides tertiary scholarships & workplace readiness training to underprivileged youth. It featured stand up performances by legendary stand-ups John Vlismas, Tumi Morake, Barry Hilton and Loyiso Gola. Hosted by 5FM’s Gareth Cliff an hour-long TV special of the show will premiere on Comedy Central in December on Monday 9 December at 20:05 CAT (repeat: Friday 13 December at 20:55 CAT).
