It’s really going down in the world of radio today. Just this morning, Metro FM presenter, Unathi Msengana, announced her departure from the radio station and now, 5FM’s DJ Fresh has dropped a bomb on us.
He has left his long-term station, 5FM for Metro FM. The afternoon drive DJ revealed the shocking news on an interview with his former 5FM colleagues, Fixx and Rob this afternoon.
“I’m so excited. That kind of ‘literally‚ pee yourself’ excited. There is zero fear‚” Fresh says in the interview.
It’s still unclear which slot Fresh will take on Metro FM but many are predicting that the big dawg may take the breakfast show spot following the resignation of the station’s hosting giant, Glen Lewis, who joins Touch HD next week.
