Following a dinner with R ‘n B sensation NE-YO and organisers on Tuesday evening, DJ Milkshake will now be taking on DJ duties for the multi-award winning star’s ENTIRE performance tonight at The Venue in Melrose Arch. Initially booked only for the final performance, Milkshake had only planned to play the closing set – including a live performance of his chart-smashing debut single featuring AKA and George Avakian, ‘Living on the Edge’. But after meeting the multi-talented singer/songwriter last night he was asked to take on beat-master responsibilities for Neyo’s entire live performance! It signals an exciting start to the year for Milkshake, who is spending many hours in the studio working on his debut album set for release later this year. The invite only concert takes place tonight at The Venue in Melrose Arch. Ne-Yo will be supported by other local artists including: AKA, Toya Delazy and Ricky.
