We introduce you to a rapper, producer and overall artist who has worked hard to get his brand and music where it is right now. Don’t Sleep On SK SUPREME.
SK SUPREME is a 22-yr old musician who has been making music (rapping, producing and engineering) his own music since 2010. He has managed to compile a unique sound where you can see his individuality through his personal musical influences and unique perspective on life. He represents sentiments of the new school but rooted in the story telling and lyrical of the old school.
In 2017, the young artist has dropped some notable projects which were impressive to say the least. In February of this year, he dropped an instrumental EP titled To: Heaven EP which SK mentions that it was intended to “inspire enlightment” in the listener. The EP was also accompanied by 2 videos for Gold Fingertips and The Living Space which were mainly experimental and self-reflective in their nature.
SK recently released a full length project titled PLU$H EP which is an acronym for the full title: Pursuing Love to Unlimited Riche$ and Happiness – the Esoteric Projection. This 11-track project is an introspective projection of the teaching of people like: Bob Proctor, Napoleon Hill and Drunvalo Melchizedek. The main message of the project is the feeling of “being in purgatory” while possessing the knowledge to better ones life in a world driven by desire for pleasure and personal enjoyment.
The PLU$H EP is well made and just from the first listen it is clear to note that this was a long time coming. SK SUPREME does not feature a lot of people on the project and produces over half of the joints which is telling that he wanted to have a clear voice in his story.
He dropped a new joint a couple of days ago titled CHAMBER XI and it truly follow his previous sound. The sound is refined and the message as deep.
Link up with SK on Facebook, Twitter and Soundcloud for more on the music. Also peep his website.
