It was a dazzling afternoon at the Val de Vie Estate on the 9th November as some of South Africa’s finest celebrities and public figures came out to watch and support the annual Pink Polo.
Guests wore a wide range of beautiful shades and tones of pink from gentle pastels to bold hot pinks. On the other hand, some decided to go the unconventional route and opted to not adhere to the dress code of which they still looked breathtakingly spectacular.

Award-winning South African actress, T.V. presenter and brand ambassador, Jessica Nkosi was among those who simply stole the spotlight with her outfit. She wore a two-piece ensemble that incorporated dramatically puffy sleeves. The light pink tone of the top was then delicately balanced off with the incorporation of bold, hot pink flared corset pants. She then finished off the look by keeping the makeup very simple but yet striking as she integrated elements of subtle gold accents. Continuing with her daring attitude, the South African star then opted for a golden short pixie cut with side bangs. Now that’s a Pink Polo outfit right there.

Joining Jessica Nkosi on the list of some the best-dressed guests at the event is South African actress, T.V. host and club DJ, Khanya Mkangisa. The media personality wore a gorgeous hot pink asymmetrical skirt suit to which she accessorized by incorporating big silver statement earrings and bejewelled silver perspex heels.

Another celebrity who pulled through with the style is Miss South Africa 2019, Tamaryn Green. She dazzled in a dusty pink body-hugging dress. The former Miss South Africa then accessorized the outfit by including a mini handbag and gorgeous statement earrings.
In the end, a good time was had by all and most importantly, funds, as well as awareness, was raised for breast cancer.
