Febuary

It is good news when an artist is recognized for their contributions to the music industry. It is also very rare to witness this in the greater scheme of things. Remember Febuary? Well, he is making big strides in his career.

The trap soul artist and talented vocalist is set to work with American production duo, City Of Dreams, best known for their work with Cash Money artist, Caskey. The duo reached out to Febuary and showed an interest in working with him after hearing his remix for his single Nikki featuring Ice Prince and DJ Milkshake.

The Hip-Hop production duo have taken a liking to the RnB artist’s writing as well, offering to work with him on a few record placements for the likes of Interscope, Warner Bros, Universal and the notorious label 300 Ent, which boasts artists like Young Thug and Migos off their roster.

As a teaser leading up to his debut project Only In Febuary due for release coming February 2017, the crooner will be releasing another new record this December. Febuary is yet to decide whether the release will be a collaboration with the US producers, an SA collabo or one of his own productions, but will undoubtedly be another firm fan favourite.

On his new found success and upcoming releases Febuary says – I’m honoured that my music has international reach, considering that I’m still fairly new in the game. The love I’ve received here at home is more than humbling and has allowed me to expand my options in terms of some of my upcoming projects.”– Adapted from Press Release.
