Gangs of Ballet to support OneRepublic

Gangs of Ballet will support OneRepublic on their Native South African tour dates performing in Johannesburg on the 19th June 2015 at The Dome and Cape Town on 21st June 2015 at the Grand Arena, GrandWest. Gangs of Ballet released their debut self-titled EP in March 2012 with hit singles ‘Breaking the Silence’ and ‘This Love’, Their album ‘yes/no/grey’ was released in March 2014 and received five SAMA nominations and won the MTV MAMA Award for Best Alternative.

OneRepublic have achieved huge international success throughout their career. Their first album ‘Dreaming Out Loud’ (2007) was certified as platinum earning them a Grammy nomination and went straight to number 1 in 16 countries. Their first single ‘Apologize’ remixed by Timbaland ranks in the top 50 on the Billboard Hot 100’s All-Time Top Songs list and became a worldwide smash hit and their second single ‘Stop and Stare’ followed with the same success. Their second album ‘Waking Up’ (2009) spawned hit singles  ‘All The Right Moves’ and ‘Good Life’ as well as  ‘Counting Stars’ and ‘Love Runs Out’ from their most recent album ‘Native.’
