Rihanna aka Badgalriri recently held her famous Savage x Fenty Fashion Show over the weekend and it’s all social media has been buzzing about.

The fashion, beauty and music powerhouse featured a star studded cast of popular public figures including the likes of Normani, Bella Hadid, Lizzo, Cara Delevigne, Rosalia, Shea Coulee and many more. Fans simply couldn’t get enough of the beautiful lingerie pieces which stemmed out to include a men’s first ever underwear collection. Riri’s fashion flair also reached the shores of South Africa following her recent partnership with local plus-size model Boitumelo Rametsi who shared the exciting news with her fans on social media.

However, as fans continued to watch the show it was noticed that one of the show’s soundtracks titled ‘Doom’ produced by Coucou Chloe used narration of a Hadith. In Islam a Hadith refers to a collection of texts that are believed to be the spoken words of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad. Therefore they are regarded as sacred and holy after the Qur’an. The incident sparked major talk on social media with many voicing their opinions on the matter.

Since then Rihanna and Coucou Chloe have apologized for the damage caused by the track as they wrote and shared in their social media posts on Instagram and Twitter as detailed:
