Hunter’s Cider recently spoiled 250 lucky Hunter’s chinas with the tropical party of a lifetime in sunny Zanzibar with its awesome Hunter’s Oasis Tour with MTV Base. The chinas won the chance to be part of the Hunter’s Oasis Tour in a nationwide competition and jetted off to Zanzibar to experience four days of pure musical refreshment. Non-stop entertainment kept the Hunter’s chinas refreshed from morning to midnight at the Hunter’s Oasis Hotel on Neptune Island.
MTV partnered with Hunter’s to provide the best in local and international artists. The Hunter’s chinas were entertained by Hunter’s hero Thapelo and a stellar cast of DJs, VJs including ‘Twins on Decks, G-Force, the ferocious DJ Vigilante, queen of the turntable DJ Dimples, Locnville, DJ Tira, R&B singer Donald, new age hip hop act AKA and electro duo Pascal & Pearce. International Reggae star ‘Radio & Weazel’, from Uganda, ensured that the Hunter’s chinas experienced the most refreshing entertainment in all musical genres. YFM and 5FM joined in the party and provided the refreshing radio for the winning chinas as well as the valued chinas back in SA. 5FM was represented by DJs Rob Forbes and Fix, while YFM rocked out with DJs Ankletap and Mantsoe Pout, Tholi B and Smash Africa and YTKO DJs Josi Chave and Zan D.
