ICYMI: Nasty C & T.I Appear On American Late Night Show Together

Nasty C and T.I are steadily building their relationship and their recent appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers affirms this

We are loving the relationship that is developing between Nasty C and T.I. It is no secret that Nasty C is a huge fan of Tip and credits him as one of the main reasons he started rapping. And what we’ve recently learned is that the feeling is mutual. The pair recently collaborated on a single, They Don’t, where they both addressed police brutality and the Black Lives Matter movement. And now, they are doing television appearances together.

Nasty C took to his social media to thank the team at Late Night With Seth Meyers for having them. Late Night With Seth Meyers is one of the more prominent late-night and news satire talk show hosted by SNL alum Seth Meyers.


Although we haven’t seen the episode yet, we are excited to finally witness the power of collaboration between a fan and his idol who have admitted forged a genuine relationship and respect for each other.  

Nasty C and T.I’s relationship has been a couple of years in the making 

In a recent interview with Samira Kaelin at the Midem Music Festival, T.I. spoke on how his collabo with Nasty C came about. He was in the country shooting a moving and when he decided to immerse himself in the culture, Nasty C’s name kept popping up.

“We kept hearing his name (Nasty C), we kept hearing his music. I didn’t know much about him. I hadn’t heard about him and I started wondering ‘Yo, this kid is dope. He reminds me of me a little bit. Why haven’t I heard of him?’”.

Nasty C on the other hand has been vocal about the first time he reached out to his idol and has kept us updated on the progress of their relationship. This is exciting times!
