South African rapper and entrepreneur Cassper Nyovest is predicted to be the new host of The Braai Show. The show was initially hosted by Cassper’s long time rival, AKA.
In case you missed it, Mgosi.co.za reports that the rapper has been seen on a set that resembles that of AKA’s The Braai Show. The production of this “new” show has been ongoing since the 21st July 2021, according to Mgosi.

Abuti Fill Up was seen on his Instagram Stories saying:
“Today was dope. I shot my first episode for this TV show I am doing as a presenter. It’s never too late to start learning. It’s never too late to take challenges on… I can’t wait for you guys to see this TV show… Tomorrow I am also interviewing one of South Africa’s favorite people,”

This does not necessarily reveal much about Abuti Fill Up’s new TV venture. However, Mgosi has confirmed through their trusted sources that SABC has commissioned The Braai Show With Cassper Nyovest. This tells us that the original Braai Show with AKA is still a thing but we can safely predict that this will fuel the rivalry even further.

Around the month of June this year, Cassper Nyovest signed what is popularly known as the “Legacy Deal” which saw him partnering up with Drip Footwear CEO, Lekau Sehoana. This month on the 8th they released their first collaborative sneaker called The Root Of Fame 990.
