Job description
Dynamic, young digital savvy sales rep to sell on various radio and publishing digitally related platforms.
Strong understanding of media industry and digital platforms and an active agency client base required.
Management of a portfolio of advertising agencies, and their respective clients.
Prospecting for new business in order to grow your portfolio.
Established contacts in traditional or digital advertising industry.
Have track record with technology or ability to understand it and create opportunities in this field.
Must be able to work on multiple projects at once.
Must understand segmentation, brand positioning and the roll of direct marketing in the marketing program and how online sits in that area.
Must be able to demonstrate an ability to build presentations and proposals.
Must be able to close sales deals.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to generate new business and create an account programmer.
Negotiations with clients.
Ensure excellent client service.
Resolve client-related queries.
Participate in entertainment functions aimed at developing relationships.

Matric. Tertiary qualification in marketing an advantage.
Two years media sales experience including digital sales. Established agency relationships essential.
MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook. Knowledge of Industry Tools such as Adex, etc.
Proven and stable sales record with contactable references.
Own transport and drivers licence.
Able to attend client functions after hours and to work extended hours when necessary.
