Media personality and businessman, Mohale Motaung teams up with bespoke bag company Inga Atelier
Mohale Motaung has recently announced that he will be venturing into the fashion business. Taking to social media, the radio presenter who is the former husband of Somizi Mhlongo spoke about a new project that he is currently working on with a bag company named Inga Atelier.
For those who may not be familiar with the brand, Inga Atelier was found by South African designer Inga Gubeka. The brand was launched in 2017 at the Sanlam Handmade Contemporary Fair, Inga Atelier specializes in contemporary luxury leather accessories.

Mohale Motaung is a media personality and ambassador of multiple brands. He is also the CEO and founder of Glam Troupe, a company that specializes in matric dance packages and styling. Mohale has been a part of several ventures and now turning into a full-blown businessman.

On an interview at the Greyville horse racing event, Mohale mentioned that for his next venture he needed to make sure he knew what he was getting himself into. “I’m having a collaboration with Inga Atelier. They make leather goods from belts to bags to hats and everything leather. The idea came about because I’m always carrying a bag all the time and I have always wanted to sort of create my own masterpiece of what I think is a carry all bag for males specifically” Mohale shared with excitement.
Although he kept a few things to himself about the brand making a grand entrance with their new product, Mohale shared that he would dedicate his time to studying trends and the business market. With the collaborating wiring up, Mohale’s ultimate goal is for consumers to see him as a brand. “I have spoken to people, and I have been able to do research and sort of immerse myself in the space and find out more about how the business goes, then you will definitely see Mohale Motaung.”
