Nasty C makes history as the first SA Hip hop Artist to break into Urban Radio chart in the USA
Nasty C has raised the bar again for South African artists with aspirations for global dominance. Currently on a US promo and recording trip, Nasty C is now cemented as the first South African hip hop artist to break into Urban Radio chart in the USA. To cap off a triumphant week, Nasty C’s latest album offering, Zulu Man with Some Power, garnered a South African Music Awards (SAMA)#SAMA27 nomination for Best Hip Hop Album.
Nasty C’s social media kept the public abuzz as the reclusive rapper showcased his arrival at the epicenter of urban culture in the United States, Atlanta (ATL). Following his arrival, the rapper showcased his star-studded meetings with stablemate YK Osiris, Ari Lennox and Snoop Dogg, and his reunion with DJ Whoo Kid.
Nasty C did more behind the scenes to cement his name as a globally recognized artist. During his visit in the ATL the Zulu Man with Some Power worked silently to ensure that his album and current single, Black & White with Ari Lennox continues to climb the charts.
The efforts paid off as Nasty C has raised the bar again for local artists with aspirations for global dominance. This happened just after the Steve Biko rapper wrapped up his trip to the ATL.
