Injabulo between emotions.
Gaba Cannal – real name Khaka Yena who is a Deep Soulful House Amapiano heavyweight music Producer/Deejay/Remixer and Pianist just dropped two projects for his fans.
He was born and bred in Tsolo, Eastern Cape but he later moved to the east of Johannesburg, whereby he completed his schooling and ventured into music production.
Khaka learned how to work the piano at the age of fourteen and by the time he was sixteen he had already started producing House and Hip Hop beats.
Since focusing all of his efforts into House music, Gaba Cannal has shaped the Amapiano movement with his blend of Deep Soulful elements encapsulated in Broken Beats. Cannal’s sound can be described as Soulful Amapiano, but he also switches and dabbles with the street heavy bass sound of Amapiano as well.
Between Emotions EP.
On this new offerings, Gaba Cannal showcases his versatility in sound and composition. The first EP is titled Between Emotions and by the title, you can tell that this project is the one that features the soulful elements. This EP is deep and thought out with chronologically ordered tracks that number from one to five.
Injabulo EP.
Injabulo which means happiness in isiZulu is the title of the second EP. This features sounds that are synonymous with the Amapiano culture. Furthermore, Injabulo as the title suggests is an EP that brings together the fun party groove of amapiano with Deep House elements.
