ICYMI: Zoocci Coke Dope Dropped The Video For Mr Nice Guy

Published

on

Zoocci Coke Dope has taken some time out from putting out new music as he is studio cooking up an album. But he has made it a point to drop new visuals. In case you missed it, the hitmaker has dropped the visuals for Mr Nice Guy which features lyricist Kid X.

Mr Nice Guy is taken from Zoocci’s 2017 debut EP, Morning Star. The song is about being exploited for being “Mr nice guy” and now he is coming for all those people who owe him and take advantage of him. Kinda like he is coming for all the favours that he gave for mahala and now he is about his hustle and getting his money. Kid X murks his verse here as per usual, bringing his lyrical prowess to this.

The video was handled by Kyle White who brought with him his specific aesthetics- minimal. The video is generally dark in terms of the mood and the actual stylistics of it reflects this.

The gents seem to be in a dimly lit studio and it’s just them and their bars. The video is simple and clean. The black and white quality of it help to define and frame the emotions these two express in the music. It’s actually quite intense.

Peep the video!
