Minnie Dlamini recently launched an affordable skin care brand for the everyday South African woman. This past weekend, the beaut spoiled her loved ones to a one of a kind pamper session courtesy of  her new baby -MD Skincare.

As a beauty mogul in-the-making, Minnie decided to launch her body range in an intimate setting:

Like many South African women, Minnie recalls how she grew up mixing oils into her lotions to boost their benefits. With MD by Minnie Dlamini, she made a promise – no more mixing!

Known nationwide as ‘Intombi yomZulu’, Minnie’s KwaZulu-Natal pride means she’s included a breakthrough ingredient – Eviolin – derived from a plant indigenous to KZN into MD by Minnie Dlamini.

Eviolin, a combination of vitamins and extracts, provides moisture, prevents dryness and promotes a healthier complexion.


Diamonds are made under pressure and Minnie is getting ready for some of her greatest challenges.

Known as a celebrated TV personality and a model, her status as an icon was solidified when she became the first South African to reach one million Instagram followers.

Minnie’s production company, Beautiful Day, was responsible for her docu-series – Becoming Mrs Jones and the recently aired competition reality show – Spirit of Mzansi.
