Puma’s iconic 80’s running sneaker, the Fast Rider is back and is making colourful bold statement on the streets. The legendary retro design aesthetic which once brought the fun of running to the streets has been redone and redesigned to bring the innovation that is the Future Rider Ride On and Style Rider Ride On.
Both sneakers boast cool features such as newly developed Riderfoam midsoles for high rebound as well as subtle corrugated shock-absorbing outsoles which were inspired in the original 80’s “federbein” construction. The Future and Style Riders also feature lightweight deconstructed uppers that incorporate minimal padding and lining for extra comfort. Additionally the Future Riders boast breathable ripstop nylon and suede overlays for that extra style effect.
With these cool kicks one can expect burst of bright colours which have been worked into a vibrant colour blocking scheme featuring neon green, red as well as dazzling blue against Puma white.
Puma’s latest revamp of the Fast Riders are so cool that they will add a bounce to your step everytime . It’s no wonder musicians, such as singer DaniLeigh and Rapper YBN Cordae are seen rocking Puma’s new gear above as they enjoy the freedom of movement that the sneakers offer.
To get your pair of new Future and Style Riders, the kicks are available at Puma Select stores, Archive, X-Trend Menlyn and Sandton, Superbalist, Madaiza, Shesha and selected retailers. The Future Rider Ride On will set you back R1 599 and the Style Rider Ride On will cost R1 899.
The kicks are certainly worth the price as the quality levels are as dope as the design. The Puma Future and Style Riders are a definite must have for that December drip.
