Social media experience will be an advantage
Experience in the advertising field will be an advantage
Driver’s licence essential
Set up appointments with clients
Maintain and update client database
Coordinate travel bookings and accommodation
Personal assistant to new business founder
Manage all stationery and tea, coffee requirements of the office
Requirements
Experience working in Powerpoint, Microsoft and Excel
Experience in social media skills will be seen as an advantage
Experience setting up appointments and liaising will clients will be beneficial
Driver’s licence essential
Personal Skills/Attributes
Ability to use own initiative together with working well under pressure during deadline periods
Ability to work as a team player and assist staff members when required
