Sales and marketing – Bridging Finance (Legal and Estate Industry)

My client based in KZN is looking for a sales and marketing consultant to serve the Cape Town market with bridging finance opportunities.
Must have: –
* Matric
* Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
* Credit and criminal clear
* Minimum three and a half years work experience within bridging finance, conveyancing and with estate agents.
* Experience and skills – Strong knowledge of Property Conveyancing process and bridging finance work experience.
Strong key accounts/business development experience, someone with marketing/relationship management experience in first and foremost the legal/conveyancing fraternity and then secondly the estate agency market, someone who may possibly have a database of potential clients and/or worked for a bridging finance company.
* Duties: – call on clients, build client base, assess needs, arrange finance and close business deals.
Sell bridging finance solutions to the conveyancers and estate agents.
