Samurai Farai and A-Reece worked together on A-Reece’s project “Today’s Tragedy, Tomorrow’s Memory” (TTTM). Farai designed the mixtape cover art and the recent TTTM merchandise for the rapper.
Farai thanked A-Reece for the collaboration opportunity, which was a turning point in his career. A-Reece marked the third anniversary of his TTTM mixtape by releasing new merchandise in partnership with Mercha, featuring artwork by Samurai Farai. The merchandise is available for purchase online at Mercha’s website.
“Reece hit me up I think like six or seven months before, he told me that you know he needed the best work in the city,” Samurai Farai said.
“So to be able to work with someone as talented as Reece and to be part of a project like that with Reece immediately just like accelerated. My growth, my trajectory, where I would be, I think it kinda took quite like 10 years and turned it into 3, and l’m truly grateful,” he added.
