Job description
4 Images Printers are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic senior sales manager to manage and drive a sales team to ensure sales targets are met. This candidate is required to manage his/her sales team with great communication, written and people management skills. Must have strong contacts across the industry and experience in media sales. Proven experience across the business and financial services. A minimum of six years’ experience is required.
A monthly sales target of R2.5 – 3 million is required from you and your sales team. Shares in the company is available after year one, should you be successful in meeting your target.
Requirements
Our printing sales person must have the ability to listen to and communicate with clients and colleagues. The ability to go get new business as well as maintaining current client relations is a must. You will have to work well under pressure and go that extra mile.
Advantageous
Previous sales experience in the printing industry, a proven track record and contactable references are crucial. Applicants must have own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
Personal Skills/Attributes
Must show initiative and work well within a team. Must have excellent communication skills Must have a keen sense of honesty and integrity. Must be diligent in preforming the set duties.
