One of the most iconic Air Max models, the Air Max 90 is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2020. And as part of that celebration, Nike is going all out as they bring back their legendary “Volt” colourway. Its first release in 1990 represented innovation in Air Max development and design due to its distinct and iconic 90’s accents as well as improved cushioning structure. Staying true to its early construction design, the “Volt” features a multi dimensional combination of ashy grey nubuck, white mesh and black leather. To bring the sneaker to life, shocks of electric neon yellow are also worked into the complementary colourway combination. Although prices still have yet to be confirmed, the kicks will be dropping at Sportscene stores on 30 January.
Inspired by basketball legend, Ralph Sampson, who dominated and helped elevate the game to where it is today, a new sneaker drop is set to come out soon in honor of his amazing talent and significant contribution to basketball. The Puma Ralph Sampson (37190702) are dropping 1 February at Sportscene stores.
Lastly, we have the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Marsh” which is set to drop 1 February as well. The kicks which embrace a more autumn inspired shade of neon yellow continue to boast distinctive Yeezy design accents such as the minimalistic knit texture. Adding to the tonal variety, the sneaker diverts to a cooler, almost grey shade of blue of which is showcased along the sides of the shoe. This is certainly one to look out for considering how fast they sell out.
