The Lumineers are coming to South Africa

US folk-rock stars The Lumineers will make their South African debut this festive season when they perform at Cape Town’s iconic Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens on 4 December and at Johannesburg’s Emmarentia Dam for a daytime concert on 6 December. The Lumineers became a success story in their native US with their 2011 self-titled debut album. The album gave the band international recognition, selling over 3-million copies, and over 5,5-million single downloads of their debut single – and arguably the band’s most famous song to date – ‘Ho Hey’.

Now they will perform live for the first time in South Africa a supporting lineup will be announced soon:
