The national shutdown has given us the opportunity to comb through the saturation of the internet and discover new talent. One of the artists we have discovered goes by the alias Color Blind DJ.
Color Blind DJ’s mixed ethnicity spills directly into his music. It is quite clear that his Half British and South African influences amalgamate beautifully, infusing Afrocentric house music with Electro house into a single genre dubbed Elefro by Zakes Bantwini. For a fairly new artist on the Afro tech scene, he has already collaborated with quite a number of Afro House compatriots. His latest offering “Dracula” is featured in an Elefro compilation housing sixteen tracks compiled by Grooveland Africa.
