One of the season’s biggest trends is the fashionable florals. Flower power is taking over the streets as celebrities and fashionistas take to the vibrant look. This season’s florals come in a variety of fashion items and ranges from cute Spring dresses to rompers, sets and jumpsuits.
This Thursday, why not pull out a fashion forward look at your turn up tonight? Looking for inspo on how to wear the brightly coloured look? Then take a page from these celebrity floral lookbooks.
Who says men can’t do florals? A suave Solo proves how men can also rock the hell out of florals with this floral suit.
Another male option when it comes to florals is tracksuits – just how Riky Rick has done it.
Sets can make for a killer floral look as evidenced by Mome Mahlangu and Ayanda Thabethe.
Spring is not complete without cute and Springy dresses.
Lorna Maseko’s floral dress, KNaomi’s floral off shoulder bodycon and Bonang Matheba’s Aline option are the perfect dresses for the season.
Rompers are great for sunny days, whether worn in Lalla Hirayama’s sexy and dramatic option or Bontle Modiselle’s sassy casual piece.
A floral kimono, such as the one worn here by Thembi Seete, is great for those still sussing the floral trend out.

Don Design A Teases New Collection Drop
Check out the new drip by MondayIIMonday
Don Design teases the first part of his new collection. NoMoozlie was spotted in the Big Apple rocking these new threads from Don. The latest collection features a reinterpretation of the Celine brand, overlaid on Tupac’s Face.
Don is no stranger to the counterfeit culture. Counterfeiting is a global fashion trend that has flooded the International fashion streets for some time now. We’ve seen brands like Balenciaga recreate the Bernie Sanders campaign logo. Moreover, designers like Virgil have risen to fame through their renditions and recreations of popular brands.
Don Design has taken the same approach to his clothing. However, he brings it back home. We’ve all seen the popular ‘Sandton’ and ‘Bryanston’ hoodies around town. Hence, we are excited to see what Don has in store for us this time. The Beam Group designer is gearing up for a pop-up launch for his latest collection.
It is quite interesting to see the take that Don has towards counterfeit fashion. There has been a lot of misunderstanding amongst the SA fashion connoisseurs. With many people accusing him of not being original. This is, however, not the case. We are certain that this collection will set the record straight. Although we have not seen much from it we are sure to see more from Don at the Pop-Up.
Stay tuned to @Don_Design to get more information on this latest drop and how to get your hands on it. We will be there to cover it all as it happens.
