Genre SA
Genre is a Cape-Town based artist who grew up in the Free-State in Bloemfontein. He had a love for music through his years in high school and recited raps/rhymes after school on his way home. He later moved to Cape-Town where he studied culinary arts and fell in love with hip-hop even more because of the hip-hop culture in the Western Cape.
His music is a reflection of his personality, his surroundings and the music influences that he grew up with. Genre has a different and altenative sound; he makes laid back music that is heavily influenced by R&B and soul music. He feels that he needs to make music that inspires and also to empower himself and others through his art.
He is currently busy working on his studio EP titled Work Related which demonstrates his frustrations, his views on life, his struggles, patience. This EP is a way for him to tell his story in the simplest way so that the ear may hear it in the most honest way.
He recently dropped a track called Astronaut featuring Tatum and produced by Holly^MeecH. This song is actually very fresh! It is about his hustle and his struggle about being understood as an artist. This joint is fresh. He sounds like a cross between AKA and a young Shane Eagle. Dope Stuff.

Vuyo Mtshali, commonly known by stage name V12, is an upcoming hip hop/rap artist from Ntuzuma. The 20 year old started rapping when he was 12 and has been creating music and performing ever since.
Throughout the course of his musical career, V12 has won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life, from the townships of Inanda, Ntuzuma Kwa-mashu (INK) to the city Durban South Africa. He also just started his own record lablel called Richminds Records.
In 2015 V12 released his first project, a mixtape titled VISIONS&GOALS. He is currently working on his album, The Neglected One, which is due to drop early next year.
He just dropped the leading single titled Grinding It. This joint is about all those who are out there grinding and hustling. The song also motivates the few who are adamant on being trailblazers. In the song, he addresses the haters and tells them that they cannot stop what’s already happening in his life and career.

Jsam
Sammy Mhaule known as Jsam, is a South African born house music DJ and Entrepreneur. He is full of life, dynamic, outspoken and has a great sense of humour. Jsam grew up in an environment of music lovers such as his father who ran a Stokvel club (Local drinking place) and was a DJ himself during the 1970s and 1980s. He is inspired by South African band/artist such as Mdu, Boom Shaka, DJ Christos, and known international band/artists such as Jamiroquai, Groove Theory, Swedish House Mafia and Sweetback.
He moved to the United Kingdom back in 2003 and stayed there for a couple of years but he is currently based in South Africa. Since being back, Jsam released his debut single titled Miss You and his second single Revenghar which was produced by Colombian DJ/ Producer Alexandra Avilla was released in the EU.
In addition to being a DJ, he is the founder of Fifteen Music Entertainment which is based in Gauteng. Fifteen Music focuses on discovering new sound no one has heard before, cutting edge sound through strong talent and expertise of DJs/ artist producer.
He recently released his single called Love of my Life featuring Sabata taken off his debut album titled, Together for the Music. The track was mixed & mastered by Cubeur and produced by Freshman. This song is a sweet ode to the love of his life and an expression of the appreciation that he has for the one he loves.
