Guests at the Eagle Air village at this year’s Durban July will be shimmying to the sounds of Speedsta, DJ Benny Maverick, Twins on Decks, DJ Vigilante, Black Motion, DJ Shimza, Black Coffee, LCNVL, Professor, Dr Malinga and Vetkuk & Mahoota, who join previously announced performers Liquideep and Mafikizolo, and comedians Tumi Morake, John Vlismas and Mpho Popps, at the deluxe hospitality facility. Brought to you by MTV (DStv Channel 130), Fish Eagle and Velti Events, the Eagle Air village is the ultimate racecourse oasis, combining futuristic glamour with cool comfort and hot entertainment – all just a few paces from the hustle and bustle of the Greyville racecourse, at Africa’s hottest racing event.
For the first time this year, ticket holders will also get the chance to participate in a fabulous prize draw, offering two all-expenses-paid trips to the MTV EMAs in Amsterdam on 6 November. Covering more than 8,000 square meters, and spread over six giant inflatable domes, the Eagle Air village delivers the ultimate entertainment experience for discerning race-goers, providing non-stop fun for music lovers, fashionistas and gamers. Spectacular décor and staging will be complemented by out-of-this-world service, and a host of deluxe themed zones including a Man Cave complete with a Sports Bar and Playstation gaming consoles, and a Pamper Zone with champagne bar and Glam Cam for the ladies.
