Legendary Kwaito group, Trompies is set to headline the star-studded Soulaced Sessions: House x Kwaito on Sunday, 15th of December 2024 at Emperors Palace (The Park). The festival, curated by Edsoul, is a tribute to the music that shaped a generation and an invitation to rekindle timeless memories.
House x Kwaito is a celebration of two iconic genres that have left an indelible mark on South African culture. The event promises to be a treat for those who remember the infectious energy of Kwaito sweeping the streets across the country and the Soulful House that dominated our local clubs.
Featured on the exciting line-up alongside the iconic Trompies is the renowned deep house producer, Harrison Crump, and Edsoul performing with a live band. Joining them are the celebrated House DJs: Lerato Kganyago, DJ Mbuso, Nicky B, Kitchenmess, Zeedan and Picat Da Italian, all coming together for an unforgettable experience. MaBlerh is set to bring energy to the stage as the official MC for the day.
