The University of Cape Town has been ranked as the top tertiary institution in South Africa, well at least that’s according to the Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings for 2012-13 which were released yesterday. According to the times live UCT was also ranked as the best African university in last month’s Shanghai Jiao Tong Academic Ranking of World Universities.
